I started my career in the fast-paced world of revenue development, where I quickly learned the importance of creative problem-solving. That drive to find fresh, effective solutions still fuels my work today. I learn from every session I lead and am always exploring new ways to keep my approach engaging and relevant.

As the founder of Mosaic Engagement Inc., I’ve been described as friendly, supportive, and driven. My facilitation style is often called engaging, creative, and fun. I believe that real change happens when people feel connected and energized, and I design every session with that in mind.

I hold a master’s degree in Leadership Studies and remain committed to my own growth. Outside of facilitation, I spend my time staying active, sharing laughs with family, and recharging with quiet moments to reflect and reset.
