Before the Session
We begin by taking time to understand what you’re trying to accomplish, who needs to be involved, and what success looks like.
Together, we clarify the purpose of the session and the outcomes you’re working toward, so the time together is designed around your real needs, not a pre-set template.
During the Session
We facilitate the conversation with intentionality, guiding you through the process, holding the focus, and making space for different perspectives.
Our role is to help the group stay grounded, productive, and engaged, especially when the conversation is complex or high-stakes.
After the session
You leave with shared understanding around what was discussed, what was decided, and what comes next.
Depending on the agreed scope, this may include a summary of key insights, decisions, or recommendations to support follow-through.
Throughout the process
The direction, decisions, and ownership remain with your organization. Mosaic Engagement’s role is to steward the conversation, so your people can think clearly, work through what matters, and move forward together.

Flex Facilitation days fill up quickly, particularly for in-demand dates like Fridays, full-days before board retreats, and fall planning season.
Reaching out 4–6 weeks in advance is ideal, but get in touch and Megan's team will do their best to make it work.

Yes. We facilitate in-person and virtually with equal skill.
Many clients prefer in-person for big working sessions and retreats, but if your team is distributed, virtual is absolutely an option and the session design adapts accordingly.

If your needs are more complex (a full strategic planning process, longer-term change management, or ongoing implementation support) we also offer Custom Facilitation.

For example, a full-day session could include refining your strategic plan in the morning and building an action plan in the afternoon.
Or a two-day retreat might cover team building on day 1 and priority setting on day 2.
We'll scope this together during our initial call to make sure we're not cramming too much into one session.
